The bedroom TV won’t take our password the living room TV is working both have worked fine for a long time

Bedroom TV wants our password we put it in it wont take it. I called to try to tell them three times the first time I talk to someone but she couldnt help so she sent me to someone else was talking to her and she says oh my computer shutting down do you hear that? Did you hear that? Whats your number? Ill call you right back and she didnt then I called back and was told that I have to call back during business hours from 7 to 9 PM they still take my money out of the bank

AT&T internet in St Charles IL is NOT very good. It interrupts multiple times every hour. THE WORST IS DIRECT STREAM. YOU ARE PAYING FOR THE MONTH EVEN IF IT'S TURNED OFF. COMPLETE RUBBISH NOT TO PRO RATE. THEIR "SPECIAL" RATE INCREASED TO $178/MONTH. SO THAT'S HOW MUCH THEY ARE STEALING FROM ME. BEWARE!!!

AT&T keeps locking up my 9computer by saying I have a past bill of $199 and they will not unlock my comput6er until I pay it. I paid 2 payments of $99. This was just 2 weeks ago.

I opened my computer to check my bank account only to find AT&T had another message saying I had to pay them another $199 before I could use my computer. I do NOT use AT&T services.

I have U-Verse and my account is not overdue. This has happened before, and it was PayPal that locked my computer up. I can use everything but my PRIVATE screen on my /laptop. I had to let the FRAUD Department take control of my computer to be able to use it.

When he got into my computer, he got into my bank account and bought $750 worth of Gift Certificates. When I called AT&T they stated they would not let me into my computer until I paid $199. I thought of this.

I am a senior lady and I have had 14 Frauds from being a victim of a "Breach" caused by Capital One and having my SS# stolen. Please stop this for me.

Pay my bill

Customer Service is a bad joke! I had a DVR box just stop working on November 29th 2021 I called and was given a repair date of Dec 09 2021. When that day arrived with 3 days of 8:00pm phone calls which had to answer their questions, which I did. NO ONE showed up and I didn't even get a call for anyone at at&t-Direct TV. When I call them the next morning I had to jump through way to many hoops to get a new appointment for the following week. That was today and again no phone call for anyone. When I called about it I was told that it had been bounced back to Jan 20th 2022. I ask what kind of service is this? Terrible that's what it is, I am now working with another company for my tv provider.

Billing questions

On 12/31/21 direct TV e-mailed me an offer to cut my past due balance by 50%, the offer was said to be good to l/5/22,on 1/3/22 my service was disconnected. I called, said I would like to pay the 50% plus the current bill I was told that because service had been disconnected that the offer was no longer available I pointed out the offer said thru the 5th . ,,"We realize that sir but the offer was recended because your service was discontinued"????? Does this make any sense? THEY Cut the service before the deadline.

I've Had just internet with att for 3 yrs then they offered 250 visa if I signed up for AT&;;;;;;;;TV I signed up all of a Sudden they started sending my Attv in the name of Beverly Sullivan it took me about 8 months to get them to take Beverly Sullivan off the account they retaliated for me forcing them to remove the Sullivan name it was actually Navy Federal C/U who got them to remove the Sullivan because Att fraudulently charged me 120 dollars in retaliation the disconnected my service blocked me from updating my service I had a 12month standard payment didn't end instead of correcting the name on the account they decided to angel the service charges me 69.99 a month for the service plus pay 130nnnn Uiunt

Dish removal

was a customer for over 25 years called direct tv. To cancel my services as I was moving to a retirement center in Austin Tx from ft worth they never cancelled anything Noticed they,were on my bill in Oct called Nov they said they did not owe me money I owed them I am on Spectrum have been since I moved 1 year ago in Aug Cancelled my credit card. To get them off of my bill they explained the problem and held back 120.$ Now they have turned me over to a collection agency. Lying about ATT TV's Change Limit of Home Network is a big issue.

It claims to allow consumer changing it 4 times per year but once you reach that limit there is no recourse. ATT's systems deletes the Home Network without notification. We have not moved, or changed internet provider nor changed the network but ATT doesn't allow us to use more than two TV simultaneously because it doesn't recognize both are in the same network.Avoit
