UNWANTED CHARGE ON BILL

WE WERE CONTACTED BY DIRECTV AND THE ISSUE WAS RESOLVED. WE HAVE HAD DIRECTV FOR 20 YRS AND THIS WAS OUR FIRST MAJOR PROBLEM WITH THEM

Dish removal

We had to move our DirectTV dish as no recepton due to tall trees surrounding the house. Switched to Xfinity and already regret it. Good selection and customer service with Xfinity.T

Being charged for something that i cant watch bc its lagging

Got this service a year ago and worked fine for a few weeks...then started having problems with it lagging really bad..contacted AT&T now and they told me to try an ethernet cable...so i did and still the same thing...not my internet bc it doesnt lag with anything else.

Find new package

My original package expired and now my bill is more than double and that large amount was taken from my bank account. I need a low cost internet service and minimal tv. I want my money back into my account and find a more reasonable plan. I would like help in order for me to continue with ATT. Thank you, Chantal DeLorme

I'm sorry there was never an issue. This call was for brand-new TV streaming service. We are very happy with the value of our TV and cell phone service and will highly recommend them in the future

Owe me. Money and give me a hard time about it

was a customer for over 25 years called direct tv. To cancel my services as I was moving to a retirement center in Austin Tx from ft worth they never cancelled anything Noticed they,were on my bill in Oct called Nov they said they did not owe me money I owed them I am on Spectrum have been since I moved 1 year ago in Aug Cancelled my credit card. To get them off of my bill they explained the problem and held back 120.$ Now they have turned me over to a collection agency. They owe me money and That they are sorry for dragging this on for a year . I am 81 years old this has taken a toll on me. ..i

Lying about ATT TV's Change Limit of Home Network is a big issue.

It claims to allow consumer changing it 4 times per year but once you reach that limit there is no recourse. ATT's systems deletes the Home Network without notification. We have not moved, or changed internet provider nor changed the network but ATT doesn't allow us to use more than two TV simultaneously because it doesn't recognize both are in the same network.Avoit

Att Tv Now - I've been battling with At&t
I've Had just internet with att for 3 yrs then they offered 250 visa if I signed up for AT&;;;;;;;;TV I signed up all of a Sudden they started sending my Attv in the name of Beverly Sullivan it took me about 8 months to get them to take Beverly Sullivan off the account they retaliated for me forcing them to remove the Sullivan name it was actually Navy Federal C/U who got them to remove the Sullivan because Att fraudulently charged me 120 dollars in retaliation the disconnected my service blocked me from updating my service I had a 12month standard payment didn't end instead of correcting the name on the account they decided to angel the service charges me 69.99 a month for the service plus pay 130nnnn Uiunt

Discontinued ATandT TV service and sent equipment back..have called numerous time and given agents tracking nos and even told equipment had been received and everything was in order and did not owe

TV Equipment returned......told it had been received,,, received another bill today and AT&T is saying system is down and cannot verify if equipment was received or not to call back tomorrow????????????? I HAVE GIVEN THEM NUMEROUS TIMES TRACKING NO FROM UPS. WHY IS A COMPANY SO LARGE as AT&T TRYING TO LIE ABOUT RECEIVING EQUIPMENT BACK TO TRY TO GET MORE MONEY....LARGE COMPANY LIKE THIS TRYING TO RIP OFF THE AMERICAN PEOPLE BECAUSE THEY CAN....
